Very poor service, unhelpful and curt when trying to return a parcel. No wonder they have a low star rating. It costs nothing to helpful

The postmaster behind the counter, Asian old Singh has absolutely terrible service. Come to this post office if you want to be spoken to rudely, belittled and disrespected. Avoid at all costs and use an alternative.

If you post a parcel wait for it to go to other side of window & not left on public side. I had an important parcel disappear because of non interested staff.

I use this post office regularly for work and the staff here are amazing. They helped me with some DVLA paperwork I needed and were brilliant in comparison to another branch nearby.
I will always use this post office from now on!
